A full stack developer can handle all the work of databases, servers, systems engineering, and clients.

1) Programming languages
  e.g. Java, PHP, Node Js, Python etc.

2) Use development frameworks and third-party libraries
  e.g. Java Spring, PHP laravel, PHP Cakephp, Python Django etc.

3) Front-end technology
  e.g. HTML 5, CSS 3, Javascript, Angular, React js etc.

4) Database and cache
  e.g. SQL, MySql, Orcle, SQL Lite, MongoDB, redis etc.

5) Basic design ability
  e.g. UI/UX etc.
